Enterprise marked Coming Soon​

Changed

The Enterprise plan is shown as Coming Soon and can't be selected on the signup plan picker or the Change plan picker in Settings. Organisations already on Enterprise are unaffected. See Plans and billing.

Mark incomplete tasks as not applicable​

New

The active checklist Actions menu now has a bulk Mark incomplete tasks as not applicable action. It marks every remaining pending task on the run as Not Applicable in one confirmed step, instead of doing it task by task. See Active checklists.

Move a task to a different checklist​

New

From the Sort page's task row menu, you can now move a task straight into a different checklist template, not just reorder it within the current one. Search for the destination checklist and confirm the move. See Sort and columns.

Checklist completion fireworks​

New

Completing a checklist run now plays a short fireworks animation. It's opt-in from Profile > User Settings > Celebrations. See Active checklists.

Assignment reminders​

New

Managers and admins can now send a reminder to a single outstanding user, or bulk-remind everyone who hasn't completed an assignment, from the document report and submission views. Recipients get a notification straight to the assignment, and the activity feed logs a "Reminder Sent" entry. See Assignments.

Auto-closed checklists attributed to OpusHub Automation​

When a checklist closes automatically on schedule, the activity feed and history now show OpusHub Automation as the actor, making it clear the close wasn't done by a person. See Scheduling.

Reorder Pages toggle​

Improved

Pages and sections in the Pages area no longer show drag handles by default — managers and admins must explicitly turn on reorder mode first, preventing accidental drag-and-drop moves.

Learning Centre documents fit their content​

Improved

Short Learning Centre documents no longer render as a full blank A4 page in view mode; the page now sizes to its actual content on desktop. The A4 page guides are still shown while editing.

Kiosk mode: optional groups and safer session expiry​

Fixed

Group selection is now optional when enabling kiosk mode — leaving it blank shows every user in the organisation at the kiosk. A kiosk device whose session has expired now falls back to the normal sign-in screen instead of getting stuck on a blank kiosk page. See Kiosk mode.

Company data export includes Learning Centre progress​

New

The company data export can now include a per-user Learning Centre progress PDF report for everyone in the organisation, as an option alongside the existing export contents.

Custom field columns no longer disappear​

Custom field columns on an active checklist no longer disappear unexpectedly.

Favourite hearts and page links​

Fixed

Favourited checklists no longer briefly show as unfavourited after a reload. Links inside Learning Centre page content now open reliably on every device.

Assignments no longer flash "Completed" while loading​

Fixed

Reopening the Learning Centre no longer briefly shows every assignment as Completed while the page loads — assignments show as outstanding until the real status is known.

Scheduling fixes for monthly and yearly checklists​

Improved

Checklists and tasks that run "every N months on the Nth" now resolve their first run correctly no matter where in the month the start date falls. Yearly schedules behave the same way. Monthly and yearly dates are interpreted in your organisation's timezone, so the displayed next-run date no longer shifts by a day for organisations outside the server's region. See Scheduling.

Sort and reorder: full row preview and saved column preferences​

When you drag a task on the reorder page, the floating preview now shows the full row content including custom field values, not just the task name. The column visibility on the sort page now starts from the template and respects any preferences you have saved in the Columns popover.

Starter plan​

Renamed

The free tier is now called Starter. Behaviour is unchanged: 1 user, 3 checklists and up to 50 Learning Centre documents. See Plans and billing.

Closing a checklist is quieter​

Closing a checklist no longer sends a notification to everyone with access. Completion is still visible through dashboards and history.

Quieter task toggles​

Quickly disabling and re-enabling a task no longer briefly flips back to the previous state before settling.

Active checklist breadcrumb​

Fixed

Opening "Latest checklist" from the template breadcrumb now reliably resolves to the most recent run, not the first one ever created.
