Pages

What it is used for

Pages is an internal knowledge base separate from the Learning Centre. Use it for content that doesn't need assignment tracking or completion records: announcements, quick references, contact sheets, or notes that just need a home your whole team can browse.

Who can access it

Anyone in an organisation with an active subscription can read pages. Creating, editing, deleting and reordering pages and sections is limited to Managers and Admins — Staff have read-only access.

Organise pages into sections

Pages are grouped into Sections, similar to folders.

  1. Open Pages from the left navigation.
  2. Every organisation starts with a Default section, which cannot be renamed, reordered or deleted.
  3. Add further sections to group related pages together.

Create a page

  1. Open Pages.
  2. Select New Page.
  3. Choose an icon and colour to help the page stand out in the list.
  4. Enter a title and write the content using the rich-text editor.
  5. Save.

Reorder pages and sections

Drag handles are hidden by default so pages don't get moved by accident.

  1. Select Reorder Pages.
  2. Drag a page within its section, or into a different section.
  3. Drag a section header to change the order sections appear in.
  4. Turn reorder mode off when you're done.

Important notes

  • Pages is a Premium-tier feature. See Plans and billing.
  • Pages content is separate from Learning Centre content — pages cannot be attached to checklist tasks or sent as assignments.
  • Staff can read every page they have access to but cannot create, edit or reorder them.
