OpusHub is the single place your team runs daily operations. Reusable checklists turn into live runs that staff complete on the floor, SOPs sit next to the work, and managers see what is happening in real time. Training material, policies and procedures live in the Learning Centre, attached directly to the tasks that need them.
This site is the customer-facing help centre. It is written for the non-technical user. Each page covers what an area is for, who normally uses it and the exact steps to complete the common work.

Who uses each area
- Staff complete active checklists, follow attached SOPs, work through assigned learning modules and ask the AI assistant for guidance.
- Managers monitor today's runs, review notes and history, sign off on learning completions, and edit checklist instances when something needs a one-off change.
- Admins maintain checklist templates, scheduling, custom fields, users, groups and permissions, plus organisation settings and billing.
What changes by role
The navigation, the actions on a row, the buttons that close a checklist, the people allowed to sign off an assignment - all of that adapts to your role and the per-checklist permissions you have been given. If something in the docs is not visible in your account, your role probably does not have access to it. See Roles and permissions.
