Navigation and roles

What it is used for​

The left navigation gives you access to the OpusHub areas your account can use. What appears here is driven by your role, your permissions and your organisation's subscription.

Who can access it​

All signed-in users see navigation. The items themselves vary.

What you may see​

  • Dashboards: My Dashboard, and Organization Dashboard for managers and admins.
  • Management > Checklists: active runs and reusable templates.
  • Management > Learning Centre: policies, procedures, company docs, modules, assignments and the AI assistant.
  • Management > Users: visible to Admin and Manager.
  • Management > Settings: visible to Admin.
  • Pages: an internal knowledge base, visible to organisations with an active subscription.

Why an item is missing​

  • Role does not have it. Staff users do not see Users or Settings.
  • Permission denied at the resource. A checklist or document with restricted permissions hides itself from users without access.
  • Subscription state. A paused subscription can disable management areas until billing is restored. See Plans and billing.
