Logging in

What it is used for​

The login page is how you get into your organisation's OpusHub workspace. OpusHub also includes a password reset flow, an email verification step for new accounts, and a separate PIN-based login for shared (kiosk) devices.

Who can access it​

Anyone with an OpusHub account can log in. If you cannot log in, contact your manager or administrator.

Sign in with email and password​

  1. Open the OpusHub login page.
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. Select Log in.
  4. If asked to verify your email, follow the verification instructions that were sent to you.
  5. If you forgot your password, use Forgot password to receive a reset link.

Sign in at a kiosk device​

If your workplace runs OpusHub on a shared tablet or screen, you sign in with a short numeric PIN instead of email and password.

  1. At the device, tap your PIN at the kiosk login screen.
  2. Work as normal.
  3. Tap Sign out when you finish, so the next person can use the device.

Important notes​

  • Each account belongs to a single organisation. If you need access to a different organisation, ask that organisation's admin to invite you.
  • If your organisation's subscription is paused, login still works but some management areas may not be available until billing is restored. See Plans and billing.
