Dashboard

What it is used for​

The dashboard is the first place to check what needs attention. OpusHub has two:

  • My Dashboard focuses on your work: today's checklist runs, your assignments, your overdue items.
  • Organization Dashboard gives managers and admins a wider view: completion across the organisation, runs by group or department, and current activity.

Who can access it​

Signed-in users with an active organisation see My Dashboard. Managers and admins additionally see Organization Dashboard, and its widgets may show more detail at higher roles.

My Dashboard​

  1. Log in.
  2. Select Dashboard in the left navigation.
  3. Open today's active checklists from the dashboard card.
  4. Open due assignments from the Learning Centre card.
  5. Use favourites to keep your most-used checklists pinned. See Favourites.

Organization Dashboard​

  1. Open Dashboard > Organization Dashboard.
  2. Review completion by group or department.
  3. Drill in to an active run, an overdue task, or a manager workflow.
  4. Widgets update live as work happens across the organisation.

Important notes​

  • Two users will see different dashboards because roles, groups and favourites differ.
  • The Organization Dashboard reflects only what you have permission to see. Staff users do not see widgets they do not have access to.
